Your primary respondsibility will be to provide a professional support to the Delivery Department
Seasonal: 25 February until 27 July 2024
Rota: Every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 09:00-18:00, with alternate Weekends Saturday 09:00-18:00 and Sunday 09:00-17:30
Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Assisting the Driver in providing a courteous and efficent delivery service
  • Lifting of bulky items
  • Assembly of garden furniture
  • Assisting with customer queries
  • Assisting with other tasks within the garden centre when deliveries are complete
  • Be aware of the relevent goals of the business plan and the part you have to play
  • Work with colleagues in a respectful and flexible manner.
The role may require some driving and therefore applicants must have a full, clean driving license. A forklift licence would also be an advantage.
To be sucessful in this role, we are looking for people:

  • Experience of working in a similar environment is advantageous
