Your primary responsibility will be to provide a professional support to the Restaurant Team. 
Working closely with the Restaurant Operations Manager to help the department to succeed. 
  
Rota: Full time, 42.5 hours including alternate weekend working
Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Understand the business plan and actively participate in delivering relevant goals. 
  • Assist the Training and Standards Manager in delivering the company standards and expectations.
  • Maintain a harmonious and cooperative relationship with customers and staff alike at all times.
  • Manage and run shifts as required to the standards expected by the company.
  • Working within the kitchen team to prepare hot and cold dishes.
  • Producing all food recipes to specification and recording any wastage/shrinkage in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Strictly adhere to and monitor all relevant food safety and hygiene regulations. 
  • Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently.

  • Willing to travel and work across our 16 sites.
